Shipping & Returns
Timeline for Shipping
Shipments go out weekly.
If a piece is in stock and listed as "Ready to ship", it will usually ship within five business days. You'll receive a tracking number when your order is about to leave the studio.
The flat rate shipping charge covers 2–4 day service.
Please note that some items are listed as "Made to order" and will ship within the time noted in the description.

International Shipping
Retoolings is located in the US...I'm sorry to say we're not currently shipping internationally. We hope to remedy this eventually!

Returns
If you would like to return your piece, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as packing it safely for travel. Any discounted piece (due to sale or other) are final sale. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless I've made a mistake or a piece arrives damaged.

If you’d like to polish the crayons to a high shine after use, simply lay each side flat on a non grainy paper surface & color! Move in consistent gestures to & fro should create a flawless finish.
